Academy Scribe

Main Research Group composed of Cadets Sindac, Kintanar, Gaerlan, and Madarang were the proponents of the research work and the book

1983, January 31 Project proposed by Cadet 2Cl Reuben Theodore S Sindac 1984, et. al., to write a book entitled “The Academy Scribe” was approved by the Superintendent, Brigadier General Jose Ma Carlos DL Zumel 1959.

The approval was the basis for the creation of the cadet organization, The Academy Scribe.

1974, January 19. Lieutenant General James Lee, Commander of the United States Army, Western Command, USMA 57 visited the Academy. It was part of his tour of the countries falling under the sphere of his command which stretches from Alaska to the Aleutian island, the whole of the Pacific, and up to the Eastern countries in the Indian ocean.
